This place came from Seattle. It's ultra popular up there and now opened here in Little Saigon. The great part is that it's open until 2am. They do operate a bit slow here but the product is solid. I always get the xa xiu egg noodles in dry form. With a side of extra wontons. The noodles here are nice and chewy. The wontons are some of the best I've ever had. The service can use some work but the product is solid. The ambiance is chill. A bit hectic from the staff
Came here for a late night meal but there was still a decent amount of customers. Service was quick. Restaurant was clean. They recently updated their menu to include a lot more food options.
The food is ok, but the place is nice compare to other Chinese restaurants. I like their customer service, very responsive.
The restaurant is a noodle house that also makes fresh delicious steam buns. Definitely recommend going here because the amount of food you get is worth the price! It is located inside the T&K plaza, so based on the time, it might be hard to find parking because there's a lot of good food around the area. The service was quick and efficient. Inside the restaurant, it was decorated very well with a little history of the restaurant's background. Now on to the food. The food came out warm and fresh. The price is also pretty reasonable. I order these items and thought they were good: Mi Thap Cam- thin egg noodle dry style with soup on the side. Very savory and filling, there was a lot of meat and noodles in the bowl. Also add the shrimp cake to add a nice crunch to your soup. Fried tofu- good appetizers and goes along with the soup. Recommend using the satay/chili oil sauce for a flavor boost. Taro bun- Definitely was my fav, make sure to eat it right away because that's when it taste best when it is hot. Overall, I would come here again because they definitely fill up my tummy.
My dad wanted to try Hue Ky Mi Gia, located in the same plaza as T&K Market. There was plenty of parking, but it was super busy. I dropped my parents off to sign in while I found a spot. We were fourth in line, but the wait went by quickly, and we were seated in about 8 minutes. The restaurant has a modern feel with ample seating. After seating us, the host handed us menus and gave us a few minutes to decide. They offer a wide variety of dishes, so there's plenty to choose from. Our waiter came by shortly after to take our order. He was very sweet, though he seemed to have a runny nose and was sneezing, which made me wish he'd worn a mask or stayed home. Still, he was efficient and friendly -- hope he feels better soon! My mom ordered the egg noodle and duck, my dad had the fried rice with salty fish, and I went with the fried egg noodle house special. My mom enjoyed her dish, and I thought my dad's rice was flavorful, though it's definitely on the salty side, so maybe not ideal for those watching their sodium. My egg noodle dish was just okay, with some noodles a bit hard. Overall, I thought the food was decent, but nothing stood out for me. Might come back to try something different. But prices are pretty steep averaging $14 & up.
I check out noodles at this place and it was good. They have the iconic noodles stand in the front for photos. They earn rewards in Seattle! I tried: 1. Combination egg noodles 2. Roasted BBQ pork and wonton egg noodles 3. BBQ pork dried noodles 4. Crab soup A plus is they open late until 2AM.
Hidden Gem Alert! As a local, I can confidently say Huê Ký Mi Gia is the real deal. The portions? Just right. The price? Totally fair. And the service? Pretty darn solid. The environment? Cozy and comfortable--perfect for enjoying a good meal without any fuss. Now, let's talk food. The Mì Vịt Quay (Roasted Duck Egg Noodle) is my new favorite--seriously, it's ducking amazing. But the star of the show? The Hoành Thánh Cay (Spicy Wonton). We loved it so much, we HAD to order a second round. Pro tip: Get the Dầu Cháo Quẩy (Chinese Donut) and dip it into the soup. Trust me, you'll feel like you've unlocked a secret level in the foodie game. If you're feeling adventurous, the Lòng Heo Xào Rau Cải (Pork Intestine Stir Fry) is a must-try. But for something a little lighter, the Tofu Xào Rau Cải (Tofu Stir Fry) has become my new obsession. This place is seriously a hidden treasure in the area!
This place is more like a 3.5 place for food, but I rounded up because their service was prompt and friendly. The decor is bright and pretty. New restaurant, apparently brought over from Vietnam. In the heart of little Saigon Westminster. The hu thieu was fresh, pipping hot, tasty and nice. Broth was clean. $14 The wonton was just meh. I would pass. The wontons were premade and just dumped. Luke warm... would have been better if it was pipping hot and freshly made. Pass on this. $9 Would be a nice to visit in the winter.
